Bed was rock hard and didn't have a blanket, there was black mold growing in the bathroom. Not to mention the 2am trains and the anemic shower. It's right across the street from my company's home office and I'll be down there often, yet never again at this

Room smells, AC unit very noisy, needs some attention to details for the price I paid

There was very little staff available there is issues with the key cards as well as the door locks the front desk agent that I inquired about getting kitchenware gave me very little kitchen where all of which was needed however the most important things were not given when I returned to the front desk to let them know there was another front desk agent now working and I asked for another personal Care item and the response that I got I thought was a joke at first until I seen the seriousness in the front desk agents phase I ... read more

The room smelt like cigarettes the showee floor was mushy

Dirty/smelly room and dirty property. Noisy ac unit. You get what tou pay for

Came to this hotel to check in and the person at the front laughed and said it is too early to check in. Then when I came back later to check in I waited for 20 min for them to tell me they do not have a room here for me and I needed to drive to the other hotel of theirs nearby. They never let me know ahead of time.
