DO NOT STAY Here!! The check in process was excessive to the degree of questionable. I booked two rooms on my credit card. The man at the desk insisted on having everyone’s ID and telephone number that was staying in the rooms. It took too long. At least 30 minutes. The room was dingy and gross. The A/C didn’t work well and would turn on loudly and spurt cool air for mayb e5 seconds and then turn off. As I checked in there were several customers complaining about their A/C. I have never been so disgusted with a hotel and it's staff. As soon as I walked in the first thing the the Hotel receptionist told was the Hotel WILL NOT IS CLEAN AND WASH THE SHEETS DAILY. THE HOTEL WASHES AND CLEANS THE ROOMS EVERY SEVEN DAYS. I had to take off the sheets myself and take it to laundry mat and wash them. The hotels is ran by Indian from India and it's filthy. I paid over 400 Dollers for dirty room. Sorry fit Grammer and spelling write while driving

My boyfriend and I were denied check in due to being under 21. I checked the Extended Stay America website and nowhere does it say you must be 21 to check in as well as nowhere on Expedia does it say this. It was a huge inconvenience

poor management , manger was an A-hole.. no personality, raised his voice with his staff, corrected her and belittled her right in front of me...

It's a bed This hotel sits right next to the train tracks. When it says light breakfast, it means coffee and granola bars.

Wasn’t even able to check in because my boyfriend was not 21. Would’ve been nice if there was something on their website saying what age you have to be to check in. Was a big inconvenience.

Not as clean as it should be. Not well maintained The air conditioner is in-wall and very, very loud, with occasional excessive fan noise. Room was not clean: Crumbs on the table, dust on the closet racks. Bathroom needed basic maintenance: exhaust fan was shockingly loud (bad fan bearings), toilet had minor drip, sink counter was separating from wall. I've stayed at 6 or more extended stay america hotels in the past 5 years and this was the worst of them all. The bedding was okay.
