Would NOT RETURN Terrible experience! The bed was uncomfortable. Toilet overflowed and room had to be changed. Faucet from tub leaked loudly. Had to place a towel in the tub to absorb the water and cushion the noise. Heater and fridge make loud noise throughout the night making it very hard to sleep. Nothing is in walking distance to eat or purchase. What's in the area closes early and delivery is also not an option past around 10pm (which where I come form i still early). not recommended I regret having booked this hotel, first when we get into the hotel the attention was horrible, they made us wait a long time, the person who checked us was a old person, was very slow and rude, was not friendly, the rooms were not that clean, and the most horrible thing is that they do not give water to the guests, you have to buy it at the hotel, another thing they offer a a supposed breakfast included in the hotel rate, and our surprise was when we went down to the lobby, was only coffee with muffins, that... read more

Worth its price Check-in was simple and easy. I got into the room to learn that there was problem with the flush. Let the front desk know about the issue and had the guy come check it. However, had to place 3 calls later to get a decision on if that is going to be resolved or I would be given a new room. There was about 3 hours delay in making the complaint and having allotted a new room. My room smelled like pickles and the entire floor smelled of terrible Chinese food. They threw my pillow away a few short hours after I left. And their "breakfast" was nothing more than nature valley bars and muffins. Not a good place for the price. Would never go back

Called desk to clear room more then two times.. when arriving to the room it was still dirty when I got there..called for pillows more than two times bad service
