Decent You get what you pay for. This is a basic hotel, has its drawbacks (warning about cancer risk and lead in the pipes). The kitchenette area in the room is really useful for extended stays. Also the location is unbeatable if you're coming for a business trip to the office in Great America area, just a few minutes drive. Manager of hotel had an accent that made it very difficult to understand his English. He was friendly and helpful but this was his second language and I noticed I was not the only customer who had difficulty understanding him at check in and check out. The other person in the office was also a person for who English appeared to be her second language.

Great staff. Less expensive stay in santa Clara if you are going to go to Levi stadium. Good place for a short stay.

Liked the full kitchen. Kitchen and Bathroom needs an upgrade and have better water pressure. Bed needs a thicker comforter.

Front staff told us wrong floor, Microwave took 6 mins to cook a cup noodle.. had to walk down to grab silver wear because the phone didn’t work in the room.. Rooms stinks.
