THE STAFF ARE AMAZING!!!!! They gave me + friends (not staying in hotel) snacks while I was checking in. The line was 3 deep and the staff took quality time with each of us. I accidentally booked a disabled room and Sahid(?) upgraded me into a bigger room without charge. There was a hiccup with my room key and Sahid(?) walked me up to help me with it. OVERALL AMAZING SERVICE. CLEAN, DECENT ROOMS!!
