No hair dryer in room. the rest of these words are for minimum characters.

Nice location. Friendly front desk staff. Bathroom smelled like smoke and was not cleaned well. Breakfast is coffee, instant oatmeal and some prepackaged pastries.

Exterior was dirty. Needed to be hosed down and windows cleaned. Carpet needed vacuuming, especially along stairways. There were tons of Ferrell cats outside near the back. Complimentary breakfast was more basic compared to Marriott and Hyatt where their version consists of muffins, granola bars, and coffee. Literally, that is it. The kitchen part in the rooms were a bit dirty. Lots of dust on top of the refrigerator, vents, pantry. Basic amenities. It’s more of an upgrade from a Motel 6. Price wise, it’s fine.

Clean, roomy, and very quiet. A little off the beaten path, but near several amenities.

train pass by and hear the noise. not a quiet place.
