Customer service is horrible. They are never at the front dedk. I needed hygiene stuff and du a h soap snd they told me to wsit u til next day

I travel frequently for business and stay in hotels often. This morning, I woke up feeling itchy and found multiple bug bites on my arms and neck. This is absolutely horrifying and infuriating. When we checked in, there were no shampoo in the bathroom. Checked with front desk staff but he said they dont have any. Dialed 0, no answer. Next day the morning staff said there were lots of shampoo in the stock room!
