Kinda dirty. Smelly. The “breakfast” was packaged snacks at best. I won’t be staying here again if it were the only hotel within 30 miles of my mothers funeral.

Nobody was at the front desk to check out. Just had to leave keys on counter and walked out. Also saw someone else left their key there too. Rooms are not the most clean. Guess you get what you pay for. Will never stay here again

The breakfast that was on the pictures when we booked, was not what was out. That is why we picked this hotel so we could save money on breakfast every day. This hotel was not worth the price. The room was gross and the pots/pans/ spatula/silverware they gave us were gross.

The room was satisfactory overall, although several lights were not functioning. There was rarely anyone present at the front desk. Upon check-in, we had to wait approximately ten minutes before an attendant arrived. The following day, the staff member at the front desk did not acknowledge us; despite our greeting, he continued his conversation with the housekeeper and offered no response. Given this experience, we will look for alternative accommodations when we visit Santa Clara next year

The plumbing was bad. The toilet kept backing up if you did more than 2 flushes a day. The front desk sent a mechanic to fix it but nothing seemed fixed.

I had cancellation without notification while my luggage was still in the hotel and my card was charged extra. I had to wait for a refund days after I left.
