The plumbing was bad. The toilet kept backing up if you did more than 2 flushes a day. The front desk sent a mechanic to fix it but nothing seemed fixed.

I had cancellation without notification while my luggage was still in the hotel and my card was charged extra. I had to wait for a refund days after I left.

This is one of my worst experiences as a hotel guest. The room has not shampoo and you can hear all jinds noise easily around the room. The smells like boiled lamb meat. The worst is that there are no kitten cookware and you have to go downstairs to ask for the. There is no one on front desk most of time and you just have to wait there for them until they show up. Pubic hair in my sheets. Broken Shower that didn’t work. And front desk staff that treats you like you’re an inconvenience to them.

Nice Facade Can Be Deceiving Looks great from outside but outdated inside. Single elevator that's clanky and oftentimes don't open if you are coming down from the 2nd floor. My wife is disabled so you know it's a problem. I left an inflatable leg wedge my wife use to elevate her legs after a long day and I called to see if they have it on their lost and found.
