Worst stay of my life. We checked in for a Niners game saturday afternoon. The first room we got was disgusting like it had not even been serviced. There was gum on the wall next to the bed. A spider crawling from underneath the stove and a dead spider on the floor of the kitchen too, the floor it self was so dirty you could see where stuff was spilled. The photo on the room were very appealing but the actual room didn’t match what was show online. The view was awful, and the breakfast turned out to be just a simple continental option instead of a full breakfast as advertised.

there were roaches and ants in the rooms - staff didn't seem to want to help eliminate and clean properly - DON'T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!

They only clean the rooms once a week. I asked the front desk for dishes 3 days in row and they never brought them. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. Lots of much better hotels in the area for the same price.

Misleading - Buy Trip Insurance No coffee maker has to be asked for. You won't know that i till you get to the room and see the cardboard. Bath tub will not bold water, take a flat drain plug or get one at hardware store. The drain lock has been removed. Internet will not work on non browser devices. Air gap under door. There is no do not disturb on any door. Housekeeping could not speak English. Bkfst Gnola bars

Shower head was way too high and splattered waiter every where. Had to shower holding the shower head in our hands during the entire shower. Doors and remotes were sticky. There was hair in the refrigerator. Entry way into rooms were filthy! Plants in front of rooms were completely dead. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend this place for anyone to stay in.

In room # 111 when I checked in we got there and we were getting ready to head out and stated smelling a bad odor like Mildew and Old smoke trapped. They gave us a dirty room it smelled so bad ! There were dirty used Qtips on the counter. Dirty towels on the floor, the bed was a mess of course because it was used. Then I called the front desk and all they said was sorry wrong room and gave us a new room. When entering the new room there were ants in the bath tub and on the ceiling it looked like they tried spraying the ants and just left them there. The tub looked disgusting. Everything about this stay was so Un sanitized !!!! Will never be staying there again
