Staff is plain rude and inconsiderate. Me and my family travel a lot and I can honestly say we will NEVER be stating at an Extended Stay America ever again.

I got severely bitten by bed bugs when I stayed at this property. The management was unwilling at first to give me a refund. Saying that they did not "see" any bed bugs. Well neither did I buddy - but I think we can both see the 100 or so bites including on my face that I got while staying here.

I prepaid my room and they charged me for the room again when they said it was just a hold for incidentals.

Only can speak for one room but the rumblings of the water pipes make it difficult to sleep. 162 beware this room

Extended Sty Sunnyvale It was probably one of my top three (3) worst hotel experiences of my 30+ year professional life. We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 PM with confirmation numbers in hand for four (4) rooms. We were told they only had two rooms and tried to blame it on Hotels.com and said the one reservation only had one room, not three on it, even though it says three rooms right on the copy I had with me. Overpriced for the quality and cleanliness. Bed sheets were stained. No daily room service. No slippers or robe available. Noisy AC. Overpriced for the quality
