DO NOT RECOMMEND Towels because I had to mop the floor. These photos below just a highlight of the disgusting room. First room had blood on couch and dirty sheets.

I arrived for a weekend event and was very disappointed with the room. The room just felt very uncleanly and not welcoming. The carpets were stained and dirty, hair in the bed and restroom around the sink and in the bath tub and not the best customer service from the front desk. All-in-all, if you’re in a pinch and need somewhere to crash it wouldn’t be the worst options but I definitely couldn’t see myself staying there again unfortunately.

Arrived at property at night but No staff showing at front desk after calling emergency phone at front door or phone number left on Expedia. And Expedia doesn’t give option to start a refund.

When I purchased a room at Extended Stay America Suites San Jose Sunnyvale for a very special trip, I thought with the word Suites in the name meant that it would be a little more updated and well tended, but that's not what I got. The check in was just over an hour long with one employee and one manager clicking his pen in the back (we could hear it) and when I arrived only 4-5 people to be checked in. I got there before check in and was told to go back. That’s fine. I knew it was a slim chance to check in. When I came back to check in, I had to wait such a long time. They definitely were not prepared for the amount of stays. Several guests had to wait due to no rooms available. I finally get my room. While I’m u loading there were a group of guys fighting (literally) in the parking lot. From the looks of it, they have long term guests that stay here. My key stopped working. Keep expectations low Very dumpy place, especially for the price. The whole place has a very bad odor. Room was dirty and dingy and poorly maintained. Very, very slow check in process, waited a very long time. The employee checking in guests at counter was left with no help, clearly overwhelmed and stuck with a very long line full of irritated people. Each check in took a long time. Other employees came up to counter but did not assist. Mattress was very old and saggy especially on one side.
