Extended Stay Hotel Fraud It's the worse Exrended Stay I've been in. The A/C wasn't working . I went to the Front Desk Clerk and complained to no avail. He stated that the A/C was brand new and working. I ask for his assistance, he refused and that he couldn't be any assistance to our needs. He stated that the A/C in our room that were staying for the night won't be check until the next morning.He won't able to check it himself because he has gout & he could not walk, far. They advertised that they serve breakfast but all they have is store bought/packed muffins and oats.

Don't let the description fool you! This hotel is far from dining options and is filthy! It says free breakfast and parking, however there's only granola bars and nasty coffee. Paying $200 or more a night, you'd expect free breakfast and parking, and a clean room. My room was disgusting. Stains on the carpet, damaged walls, ripped furniture, worn out and dirty toilet seat. The list goes on and on! JUST STAY AWAY. Hotels.com needs to stop doing business with this hotel.

Stay America (away) A/C control didn't work, was told at front desk nothing could be done as temp hit 80 degrees. Shower pull sprayed water laterally into bathroom unless you pulled curtain immediately. First time around guaranteed to ge sprayed. Toilet seat loose, hold on. It has a efficiency kitchen that is devoid of anything. Not a cup, glass, way to make a cup of coffee. You don't learn at checkin you need to ask for these things and lug back from front desk.

The room was very disappointed NO trash can any where in the room. No hand towels. cob webs on the mirrors, there was a divider strip from the carpet to the tile kitchen floor that was not connected and I tripped on it at least 3-4 times. No ice machine in the whole building. For as much as I paid for this room I was very very disappointed. Never did find the pool they were supposed to have.

check in nightmare, cockroaches, etc - when checking in there was only one staff member available and about ten people in line waiting. (Wait time - 30-45 min) - found a cockroach on our floor. It was big. - no ice machine (went to the grocery store) - air conditioner did not work properly.

No Frills Rooms The room was very small. It would have been very cramped with more than one person In it. Half of the lights did not work, so it was very difficult to read. There was a kitchenette but there was not anything useful in there! There were no cups, no dishware, utensils or glasses. The only things in it were appliances and a sink. It was totally worthless! I have stayed in similar hotels and they were always totally equipped with all the kitchen necessities. I couldn't even make a cup of tea! The advertising was ... read more
