Nothing positive to say Even parking was hard. No service, no breakfast, no equipment. Pool was very bad.

Close to freeway Needed a place to sleep for night Room was ok Freeway noise due to windows being old not double pane Breakfast granola bars n oatmeal pkt Sleep for night and hot shower that's abt it

to noise or loud in the loby. nite crew was very courteous but the lady in the morning was very unfriendly and coffee was not even hot ,at exactly 9am she full out the coffees out of the counter that is very rude. coffee and fresh water should be available most of the time especially around 9 am and the lady in the counter needs a better grooming sorry to say. never come here any more.

Missing a lot Good location, great bed BUT TV did not work. Hairdryer not working, breakfast quite disappointing. I am diabetic and there were only carbs. No fruit and even the coffee creamer had sugar! Too much money for what you get.

Room clean but lacking other amenities Exercise room - no water, no towels, no mats, no weight equipment, "continental breakfast" - a granola bar + oatmeal package. Computer equipment in "business area" - broken.

Sincerely, a total disappointment My stay was horrible. my Booking agent's name was 'Joe' and he was very rude initially. I asked him the cost for the Sheraton and he told me what the cost was and then I asked him about the cost for the local extended Stay and it happened to be within my range so I told Joe to book it. When joe read the itinerary back to me he had booked the Sheraton; I asked him why and he said that I told him to do it. we wnet back and forth for a while, while I was in the parking lot of the ExtendedStay. ... read more

Not good if allergic to pets. - I didn't know that this hotel is pet friendly while I am allergic to dogs and cats. There were guests with unleashed dogs. - No coffee machine in the room. - No conditioner in the room. - My pillow was too soft and I could not sleep well. - The hotel provided toothbrush after I asked the reception. +1 - Internet was good. I could watch Youtube perfectly. +1
