Rude manager The room had roach motels all around it, I guess there being proactive. The worst part was when Debbie the manger began to harass my room mate, she was very rude to him by turning her back to him when he asked a question about the gym area. Then after he told Bertha k you and was leaving to head back to our room she spun around and very rudely asked where he was headed and needed proof he was a guest, she had 2 other people watching and didn’t ask them any questions about there stay. Quite disappointed The front desk didn’t have a professional appearance. Room had a kitchen but no a single utensil. Not even a coffee maker or cups. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the maintenance is only done on certain days of the week. Room is only cleaned once a week. Have to go down to front desk with used wet towels to pick up fresh ones. Breakfast was a just a coffee and muffin kind.

Felt like wastage of money I was charged for poor Bad room with lights and door locks not working. Noisy air conditioner and microwave with no plate

The internet connection was terrible, which is surprising given that many business people stayed here. There was nothing in the room (dishes, cutlery, pots, coffee maker etc.) ; you had to go down to the front desk and cart it upstairs, which was surprising given that there is no food service and nothing close by.

Clean your own room Check out the cleaning policy before making a reservation. It's buried 2 pages deep on their website. They only clean rooms on the 8th day, something never mentioned before you book a room. No trash can in room. You are supposed to empty your won trash can.

Very very bad hotel . No any people working in It is very bad hotel. First is very dirty . Blanket and cover not chanced . We booked double room . When we come to hotel 9 pm . They said no double room avaible . They said very easly you can cancel . Evrtything is worst . I can not stay this group hotels.

Bad bad bad I would not recommend staying here. Mediocre front desk service. Terrible area. Broken down, dirty and small hotel room. Incredibly loud neighbors because of how thin walls and floor are. And I have no evidence but I’m pretty sure there were bed bugs because my legs and feet were itching all night long. Overall huge thumbs down.
