Great family hotel My two kids loved the indoor pool. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Clean & convieient Nice facility, clean, quiet. Fairly convenient to downtown area, but not walking distance.

Nice environment. Bed is old and needs replacing Hotel and room were all very nice. Hotel staff acted a little 'put-off' that I was checking in late (8pm); other than that, they were helpful though. Room was clean and quite, except for the bed. My goodness! You can tell that the bed has been slept in a LOT! The mattress sagged and the box spring creaked really loud getting in and out of the bed or rollover. They both should have been replaced a long time ago.

Shower door is 1/2 inch short of reaching into the tracking so there was a flood of water on the bathroom floor when finished with shower. Beds really firm, glad I was not staying a second night.

Hotel is sufficient and staff was wonderful. Stayed 3 nights. I loved having a full fridge/kitchen. Wish the kitchen supplies were already in room. (you have to ask for them at the front desk) I was excited for an indoor pool, but it is open to outside, so too cold to use. Breakfast was bare minimum. Coffee, oatmeal, muffins, granola bars. Limited TV channels. For the good, bed was comfy, room was spacious, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were all so sweet with my toddler. Great hotel This hotel not only had a fantastic room, the staff was fantastic as well. They were always friendly & helpful. This hotel is close to both the 101 & 580 highways which is a plus for me as I was visiting San Francisco w/ my family & got this hotel due to highway access. This hotel is also close to Target, nearby gas stations & restaurants, if you don't want to cook in your room.
