Clean and convenient The hotel was easy to find, nothing fancy but was clean. The breakfast was coffee, tea, muffin and granola bar.

We had an issue with the rooms but Hotels.com and Extended Stay were accommodating. The floor we were on had a terrible smell of urine from the dogs or cats that stay there. It was a little frustrating having to ask for towels, pillows and blankets and having to wait for them not having a surplus available on hand if needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel but not quiet The hotel was nice, check in was great. But it was very loud, it's next to a highway... the room was huge and awesome for a great price. My one complaint was that I called the desk asking for an extra blanket. The woman said they would be ready in twenty minutes. I wait thirty minutes, nothing. So I walk down to the front desk, the woman is on her cell phone and looks at me like "huh?" I told her I wanted an extra blanket. The blanket is still in the dyer, not folded. Great rooms, but... Very nice extended stay with large, comfortable rooms. I also liked the hot tub and pool area. The weak spot was obviously overworked overwhelmed staff trying hard to keep up. Breakfast was non existent. Grab and go is what they advertise, getting coffee and a breakfast bar isn't breakfast at all. You may as well serve cookies! One day they hadn't received a"shipment" so they had nothing at all. If I had counted on breakfast I would have been screwed

Great facility . . . with a concern We were sightseeing around San Francisco and this offered us an accessible, yet out-of-the-city place to lodge during our time. It also put us close to Sausalito. Our only complaint is that someone was drawing hard on MARIJUANA and it POLLUTED the entire 2nd floor on which we were staying. We complained to the front desk, but they seemed unable to detect the source or do anything about it.
