ants in the room, room was noisy, couldn't sleep bc of all the noise, system was down during check in, toilet handle came off (very cheap plastic handle)

Made up rules and discrimination.
Wow, just wow. Hi was not thrilled with the customer service once I reported I had no hot water in my shower. I was told that it was plumbed wrong and I should have tried turning the valve the other direction- I explained that I did that and the response was no you didn't. Wow!
For an extended stay facility there is no dishes in the room you have to ask if you want them and lord knows how long it will take to get to you. The shampoo that they leave you is like water and not enough for one person let alone 2. There is nothing to put your luggage on in the room there is no door on the closet not what I would expect from an “extended stay facility”
