I had a reservation that was completely PAID for, I called at 6:30pm to let them know I would be a late check in, I was told they gave away my queen size bed and they only had a room with 2 doubles, I told them whatever that’s fine I’ll still take it. Well when we showed up after our concert, at midnight mind you, they told me they gave my room away again. Like what???! From the pool not being open for use to the “FREE” breakfast that consisted of cold weak coffee and 3 breakfast bars. The overall experience was not what was advertised.

Incompetent staff at check in. I had a prepaid room and the staff couldn’t check me in. Showed me her tablet and there was a note that indicated someone already checked in using my reservation and checked out. Hotel is pretty old but covered up with refreshed paint and laminate flooring. Hallway had strong smell of weed and other strange odors.
