Staff was friendly, easy on and off the freeway, restaurants close by. Room smelled like some just cooked in it, carpet was stained, bed were terrible and one was broken, so if you leaned to one side you would roll off, told front desk they said nothing they could do about it at 8 pm at night, you had to request dishes, pots and pans, took over an hour to get them, we had to leave so when we came back they had come into our room and left a box of items for the kitchen. dissatisfied Major work needs to be done to the property. Cigarette butts on every floor, smell in our room, dirty room and so on.

It was a nightmare! There was so much noise in the room that neither my friend nor I could sleep. The beds, themselves, were like concrete and made a terrible racket when my friend rolled over or moved on her bed. The refrigerator turning itself on and off kept waking me. The fan on the air conditioner kept waking me as it went on and off. All those things to be topped off by friend's snoring (I know that's not within your control) made for a miserable night. Good location easy access I put my guests to this hotel because it's nearby my house. Never stay in an Extended Stay hotel myself, but from what I have encountered with the staff and chat with my guests(they don't speak English so I am the one talking to the hotel staff for anything), it is just an Okey place. The initial request we had was granted at the check in, the staff were mostly friendly. Sports Event Shocked that they don't clean the room or provide fresh towels without asking. Guess I didn't understand the "extended stay concept".

Worst place I've been to lately Stayed only for 2 nights. Pretty bad. Run down room. No towel change service. I would never go back.

Extended Stay San Ramon puts the "G" in Ghetto Stayed two painful nights on the fourth floor. No shampoo, No maid service after day one, hard bed, no iron, or hangers. Day two arrived in lobby to find no coffee and no tiny breakfast bars they call breakfast at 7:30 a.m. and no staff to complain to. The TV was old and remote was wack. I travel often and this is right down there with motels or mom and pop establishments that just don't care. Never stay here and by the way, your welcome.

Not what I expected. This was my first time at an Extended Stay line of hotels. I was unaware they only did room service once a week. Also, this location only has 1 elevator, which was located quite far from my room, a pretty severe inconvenience. Wi-fi was horribly slow. But it was the cheapest hotel I could find in San Ramon where I was working.
