Clean more The clean only on Wednesdays. Our stay was from Wednesday to Tuesday. We stayed in a dirty room for a whole week. You have to take your old towels down and they hand you a few more.

Only room I could get was smoking room. It smelled as if it had never ever ever been aired out or cleaned. Spent $20 on Febreeze, plug ins, etc. only helped for short bits of time. Some of the guests seemed shady. Was not a good experience.

I can't even... Room was really gross. Reeked unpleasant smells.

Gave me 'smoking room' instead of non-smoking I booked a room through expedia. When i reached the hotel they said i booked a 'smoking room' - even though i didn't and when i looked at my itinerary it said 'requested non-smoking room.; The hotel didn't have any non-smoking room left. so i took it the only option they were offering me which was a smelly smoking room. It was so terribly smelly that i could not sleep whole night. Next day i had to do laundry to all the clothes that i had. I showered 2 times to get the smell out ... read more

Locked out due to check in error by hotel staff Locked out due to check in error by hotel staff on the second night of two-night stay. Was originally advised it was Expedia's error but later learned after spending an hour and a half on the phone with Expedia that it was indeed Extended Stay America San Ramon's error. It was ok. No ice machine, out of blow dryers and non-smoking rooms... Room was clean and comfortable but smelt like smoke all the next day. It was a safe place to sleep so at the end of the day it was ok. Will not be my first choice in the feature and I will spend the money for the nicer hotels.

Trying to forget What a dump. Standing water on the bathroom floor when I arrived. Warped floor from repeated soakings. Shower curtain bar barely attached to walls, causing curtain to open, allowing water to escape. You would expect at least a cup or glass, but the only service items in the room were two ice trays (empty) in the freezer.

Not what I had expected Booked a non smoking room but when I arrived to check in there were none available. Got a smoking room with king bed. There was food left in microwave. Discription of hotel says full kitchen and hairdryer. If you need any dishes or hair dryer you have to go to front desk and request. For 110 a night I expected at least what description says. Should have just stayed somewhere else of a little more money...... I do have to say though that all the employe were very nice.

Book elsewhere. Creepy bugs crawling across the floor. A mans pants and socks in a drawer. No hair dryer, no coffee pot. A kitchenette is a great idea and motivation for booking this hotel located in a convenient area of town for company events, but if you have to run to the lobby to get a cup of coffee and a hair dryer in the morning to get ready for a work event, it pretty much takes away the convenience of the kitchenette.
