The Worst Hotel The room was booked as a non-smoking room. Unfortunately the reservation was changed to a smoking room prior to checking in. The hotel manager was very rude and not willing to help in any way. The freeway noise paired with the smoking room made this stay absolutely unbearable.

Horrible.
No lobby, unfriendly and low class staff, poor accommodations such as need to request and locate coffee maker, cups, utensils, blankets, etc.

Not happy Place is a little dumpy inside. No coffee makers in rooms, had to go downstairs to get one and they didn't have any creamers or anything. Faucets in rooms all were leaking and room looked a bit old.

First of all this is a motel not a hotel. The room had a small little kitchen which was fine but had no kitchen supplies. You had to ask for everything and they would not bring it to the room. We asked for paper towels but they don't provide any. We arrived from a six hour car ride at 2:10....check in was at 3:00 and they would not let us check-in early. For the amount of money we paid per night, there are much better alternatives in the area for about the same price.
