At least give us some Hair Conditioner They do not even have conditioner for your hair, nor any cups in the room for water. I found the vending machine and realized it only takes credit card, so went back to the room to grab my card. Then when I pressed the button for dasani water, it was sold out! I had to buy a bottle of sprite and pour that out so I could drink tap water out of it. Overall I did not like the room. The front desk girl was very nice though.

It might as well had been a motel because that's the way it looked smelled and felt it was the most horrible hotel experience I have ever had ..!

It was really run down and not clean. This hotel room was very run down. It was dirty, messy, and the walls were thin. We could hear the teenagers next door swigging cheap alcohol and making noise all night. There was no soap provided nor was there a hairdryer. The refrigerator was gross and dirty. I would never stay there again.

Never Again Room wasn't serviced while I was there. No clean towels my second day. Whole outside of the building smelled like a cigarette. Bathroom amenities were laughable.

Bed as hard as rock, breakfast to go, just go and get breakfast somewhere else.
Expensive and low quality Stayed at Extended Stay America San Ramon - Bishop Ranch - West on July 15 to 16 2015. Not precisely something I would like to do again. The website promises breakfast, but in reality this was coffee and a muffins + orange. No hangers in the room, kitchen with nothing, not even a glass.
Room had a smell, and that wasn't the worst The room had a smell from a previous person. The tub felt like it was about to crack through. The stove had a burner halfway out. The cover was paper thin, and barely able to cover me. The card holder was a piece of cardboard folded over, and the room number and wifi code written on the back. The Internet connection was super slow, even after I paid for the upgraded speed.
