We showed up and they didn’t have our reservation in their system. They were not helpful at all. We had already paid, and they made us pay again. Gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned, the bed was clearly slept in already. The staff called our room at 1:30 am because they had a computer error and needed us to come in and pay again! It was a mess.

Didn't see the Roaches, but got eaten alive! After my first night I noticed welts on my body. I thought it might be because I have sensitive skin. The second night I had a lot more and so did my husband. He has 32 welts bites! Now we knew we were being eaten alive. We told the office employee. He said they could look and see. I told him I wanted another room. He said they did not have bed bugs in the hotel, but the second floor had roaches. I should him the bites I had on my leg. Need major upgrades Place need to be updated. Rug in room dirty and no utensil nor pots and pans to cook. A/C not working properly no USB plugs. The place looks dirty and it is.

The hotel was dirty there was trash from the person that stayed before use dont recommend this hotel.

Room was so so but check in was bad. I tried to change "deluxe king" to two queens as our group size changed and because I booked through hotels.com, the desk clerk would not budge, in spite of having availability. The bed was ok but don't know what made this "deluxe" unit at top dollar! The included breakfast was terrible. Just a ledge in the office with a coffee pot and a hot water pot. Waiting for refund. Checked out within 20 minutes of checking in. Room smelled of fresh chain smoking and AC was not working. Small dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Room was humid and warm

Aircon was not working still nothing was done by the hotel
