No hot water for a shower, smelled of mold very badly in the bathroom. So bad, we went and got a car air freshener to help with the stench.. Carpet dirty, stover burner dirty. Commode would not flush when needed. The water in the bathroom smelt like something was dead. . Ac did not work enough to cool down our room. Very displeased and would not go back. The only nice thing was the young man who checked us in. He was super kind.

I was charged $300 for a reprocessing fee under duress trying to get my son checked in late at night. They said I made a mistake on the name on the reservation but they never changed the name on the reservation and let him in so I paid for nothing. Expedia claimed it wasnt them that charged the fee but also wasn’t willing to help me get the fee refunded All I know is I paid $300 for absolutely nothing as the reservation information was never changed. Front Desk can use a little help Took the front desk three attempts to get me a room. Two out of three times the key would not open the door. And this was two different rooms. The third room, the door was open, and all the furniture had been thrown around the room. I will not be staying there again.
