Need of a major overhaul The shower had a constant drip, popcorn ceiling, heater is noisy, false center climate control, I left the night before I was suppose to check out. This hotel is in need of a major update.

The entire room smelled like pet urine. It just made the stay feel really unclean.

Booked a room for 4 people. Upon check in, we’re informed that they didn’t have space. They could not care less. After having driven for 7h, they suggested that I looked for another hotel, even though I paid, had a reservation clearly outlining a room for 4. Just would not honor and couldn’t care. Also, the “breakfast” does not exist!!!! It is a half table with a basket full of granola bars, and one the other side, mini muffins. Nothing else - literally. First off, staff were excellent. Front desk was great and you could tell housekeeping tried. Also, the outside couryard with the granite columns was nice. The room was clean but rough-it had the feel of military barracks I've stayed in with plenty of roughly repaired holes in doors/walls and badly repainted surfaces. Counters and nightstands were cracked and lights bent from abuse. Kitchen ok but absolutely no basic utensils in room (They can be ordered). This was the second to worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I've stayed at 100s of hotels. The hotel room was filthy. Used condom under my bed, suspect possible drugs under the bed, def not safe for pets. The bed itself was incredibly uncomfortable, to the point that my husband and I left a day early simply because we couldn't handle it any longer.
