Neighbors dogs kept barking. Sheets and towels had blood stain droppings. Room had roaches. There were burn stains on the bathroom counter. Room wasn’t vacuumed and had pieces of something on the floor that my dog was trying to eat.

Very dirty. had lots of burn marks on counters & the floor.

Def motel vibes. Very old and outdated room. Bed smelled like someone already slept in it. You get what you pay for.

Definitely a nice location if you want to visit attractions in the San Ramon/Dublin/Pleasanton area. But it's too expensive given that the walls are paper thin and it had a pretty bad aroma. Most likely the quality of paint. There is no ice machine but they give you ice cube trays in the freezer. No exercise room and no swimming pool

The manager Sonia was unprofessional and rude. The room smelled, had damage in several places, stains on the carpet, outlet coming out of the walls. Pics available upon request. The pull out couch bed had blood stains all over it, it was disgusting. The first night when I complained to Sonia her only solution was she could check us out so we could go find somewhere else to stay. Our entire soccer team booked here and were beyond disappointed. My room was not ready. They gave me a room that was not clean. I had to leave becauae there was no other clean rooms.

They did not want to clean the room even after asking for service on the 11th day of stay.cleaning staff was rude to my parents and didn’t want to provide toilet paper and other things!
