Overall, pretty good experience. Friendly, welcoming, and supportive staff. Unfortunately, no shuttle to and from the airport though.Room had odd and old smell to it but overall it was a nice stay for it to be my first visiting North California. Look forward to visiting again. Great walking score to a lot of restaurants and stores too (about 7 to 10 minutes).

There was a very strange smell in the hallways. The air conditioner wasn't working properly which made for a very unpleasant experience.

No coffee pot Towels where too worn and hard and cant believe there was not a coffee pot in a hotel that offers full kitchens.

Nice but, limited service. The lack of daily maid service was disappointing.
No glasses in the room Room was clean, upon checkin we requested a coffee maker, pots/pans and dishes for the kitchenette. We never got any of them. The room also didn't come with glasses for drinking. I guess you have to ask a few times to get those too. On the bright side we did not feel the earthquake in Napa.
