O.K. Place to stay. Location was not bad, but many disappointing things at hotel. Rate was not bad, but for the smells through out the hall, and the broken door, that the smokers would just put a rock (Yes an actual rock!) in to keep it from locking, was a little disappointing. Not only for safety, but it would still have a rock left in it in the morning(Meaning it was left open, unsafe all night!). Still recovering. This hotel is obviously in a state of transition after the fires. It is short staffed and some staff they have could use some mentorship. Guests appear to be a mix of those affected by the fires, those assisting in recovery operations and travelers. Hallways and elevators are dirty and something new appears in the hallways each day. I've seen an entire front end of a car in the hallway for two nights, pallets and large storage boxes. The location is convenient but we need some help.

Could’ve been better Hotel and room were clean but toilet was plugged and didn’t get fixed. I tried but the plunger was broken. But I’m suppose to get some refund but the breakfast was coffee or hot water for oatmeal or just a granola bar which was very disappointing for $200 stay for one night

Cheaper than the hotel picked for a wedding We had called prior to our arrival asking for early check in (wedding and check in we're both at 3) we arrived on Saturday the 30th around 1pm and told the man at the desk we wanted to check in, he promptly said no.
