No ice anywhere on the property? I was disappointed there was no ice anywhere on the property. When you're traveling by car...you need ice. The bathroom sink in our room was completely plugged up. Yuk! The bathroom is located directly across from the kitchen; a slight design flaw? Fortunately we didn't cook in the kitchen. The décor was pleasant and room was clean. Entrance to hotel had manual doors to open. Kind of tough to open when you're dragging 2 suitcases.

Business Efficient at ExStay Santa Rosa Late arrival, pleasant service, efficient and cost effective. This Extended Stay is clean and convenient for local business with proximity to the Redwood Highway and the ride back to the Bay Area. For business or slightly longer stay in the neighborhood, this ExStay is just fine.

Certainly no frills... Our room was adequate, but this is not really a hotel. They only service a room weekly, and the rooms show signs of people living longer term - burn marks on the counters and towels with permanent stains. Our group had several rooms and ours was the nicest. Others were much smaller and less well appointed. Refrigerator (full sized) was nice, but made lots of noise all night. Closets were covered with a drape - no doors. No shampoo. Price was reasonable, so still worth considering for what you get. Just... read more

Shopping and wine country stay on a budget. Good hotel for extended stay with full kitchen faclities in room and laundry onsite. Quiet rooms.

No frills but good for location and price We chose this hotel for the price and proximity to where other family members were staying for a reunion. Very basic, no frills hotel. Toiletries were just soap so bring your own shampoo if you go. Housekeeping is only done once a week since it's an Extended Stay, but they did clean our room upon request. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was responsive to our requests. GREAT location- near freeway and downtown Santa Rosa.

Clean and Comfortable This hotel is immaculate--the room, the lobby and hallways, and the grounds are all beautifully kept. My room was very comfortable...full size refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, large flat-screen TV, even a water purifier on the kitchen sink. The bed was very comfortable with a generous pile of pillows. Best of all, it was spotless.
