Hire more staff Check in was quick, they had our reservation ready to go. No information was given at check-in. Had to ask our own questions about where the room was, how to get there, where to park etc. Once we got to the room we realized there was no kitchen items that are usually stocked in a extended stay hotel. There was a sign that stated you could ask for the items you needed and they would deliver to the room. Okay. Seems pretty stingy-but I guess they have had problems.... Worst Experience Ever This has got to be the worst hotel stay I have had to experience yet. I requested a non-smoking room, when we entered our room the room wreaked of cigarette smoke, the bed sheets had cigarette burn marks and the smoke detector was wrapped in plastic. To make matters worse I went to complain to the front desk about the room hoping to get moved to another and what do they offer me, an freshener how is the air freshener supposed to make up for the sheets. They didn't make the bed or take our wet towels out of the room for two days.

Was this a homeless convention? Had to wait 15 minutes at the front desk to check in-- not because of a line, but because of a " I'll be back in 5 min" sign put up posted by clerk. Room smelled horrible. Everyone I passed in the hall seemed to be there on a free pass or something out of government funding.

Dirty The room smelled bad, furniture was dusty, floors were dirty. I complained to the front desk and they gave me keys to two different rooms for me to check. One of the rooms was clean, when we went to check the other one, the room was trashed and the front desk had on their report that had already been cleaned. They said that a grab and go breakfast is served in the morning, but it is only coffee, pastries, bags of oatmeal and fruit. There is not an actual breakfast. I will not stayed there again.

Don't waste your money EVERYTHING about this place was awful. SLEEPING IN THE CAR WOULD HAVE BEWN BETTER. Pet hair on bedding, pet cr@p all over grass, crazy person digging through lobby trash room not ready then room other couple with us got already has some living in it (like for weeks) dogs in other rooms barking every time someone walked down the hall. NO customer service even corporate line would help because wasn't between 9-5!!!

Rude staff, smelly rooms The front desk staff was rude to us on 3 different encounters. In 2 phone calls, the staff was very short with us and not very accommodating when asked to change the reservation from a smoking to nonsmoking room. On arrival and the request was made again we were told "we dont do that" and "thats not how this hotel does things." Our room smelled like marijuana, not cigarette smoke and when we called the front desk to complain she showed up with a bottle of Fabreeze to help with the smell. We were able... read more

Stay here only if you must. I was first given a room that stank of smoke. When I asked to move I was given a nicer room. Regrettably it didn't have shampoo or a hair dryer. The room itself was very clean and comfortable but I missed the necessaries. Also the "grab and go" breakfast is sorry indeed. Petrified muffins and granola bars are not breakfast. Plenty of coffee though! The staff were nice but...
