Disgusting Hotel Room stunk of weed .Lots of suspicious people till very late.Very noisy lots of banging on doors.No WiFi and manager was no help.People smoking in hallways stain on carpets .This place needs serious attention to details .To be able to make guests feel safe and welcome.Also there is no excuse of WiFi problem if they say on site they have it very inconvenient if you have work to do .

Not what I expected I have stayed at other properties in this chain and been very comfortable. They were homelike with kitchens equipped with basic cookware, eating utensils, dish soap and paper towels. Kitchen in this property have a rudimentary cooktop, refrigerator and sink. The first room I was given had nether towels nor shower curtain.mI suggested another room after the staff member offered to look for a shower curtain in another room. No towels have to ask very slow getting desk to answer phone lobby not clean

do not stay at this hotel The place was hard to find, I called the hotel and the person who answered the phone said she could not help me because she was new to the area. After several calls I found someone who could give good directions. The place needed a good cleaning from top to botton, this includes rooms. I need a copy of my stay and no one was in the office and I could not fine anyone. The morning breakfast was coffee and small cup cakes.

They took way too long to check people in. In order to see if my room was available, the front desk person would walk all the way up to the room and check. They did this for every person that checked in. Inefficient. My room was not the ready when I checked in. So I cam back an hour and a half later and they still had to check if my room was ready. Going out of business!! Please take this off your list of hotels! It was horrible! First there weren't pillows on the bed, not enough sheets, and for a kitchenette there was no kitchen utensils!! Then to watch TV we had to go get batteries. Leaky pipes, holes in walls broken furniture. But the worst thing is they had a young girl working alone at night. No room service in three days.

Never again I was treated badly and wont be returning due to the lack of customer service and being given the run around and staff is gone after 11 talk about an unsafe environment

first and last time. The evening front desk attendant was rude and incompetent. She put us in room 217 and the computer had us in 117.... She proceeded to explain (condescendingly) to my mature adult partner that he isnt using the key card correctly for the door... turned out she didnt know how to properly code the cards for the right room!!
