Bad Odor and Poorly Maintained We have stayed at other Extended Stays before and not had any complaints, but will never stay at this location again. We booked a non-smoking, king room. We checked-in very late, and were accosted by a strong cigarette smoke odor in the room. Due to the lateness (2am), we decided to just deal with it for one night and ask to switch rooms in the morning. Never again. I went with Extended Stay simply because I wanted an upgrade from the usual Motel 6's I stay at on the road. I should have saved the money because this one was just generally bad all the way around, didn't even live up to 6 standards.

Rough night of sleep. The area was rougher than discribbed. Seemed like people were coming and going all night, so it was one of the louder hotels we have been at. The pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable for both my wife and I.

Extended stay Only one staff member was ok her name was Anna my room wasn't cleaned there was someone elses stuff under the bed still had it been cleaned it would have been found sheets were dirty there was old soap and hair in shower and a dirty old wallet under the pillow it was horrible

Don't stay here booked the hotel last minute due to proximity and the pictures are misleading. It's located in a very bad part of town, the room had not been cleaned before our stay. I was too frightened to sleep due to strange noises and uncomfortable bed. Felt overall unsafe.

Nice hotel but staff was not friendly or helpful The hotel itself was nice, reasonably priced but I forgot my pillow that I had brought from home and we are on a road trip so when I realized it a couple hours after leaving I called to see if they could hold it till I'm on my way back in a couple days and they kept saying they'd call me back and never did. I must have called 5 times and couldn't get a straight answer meaning that one of the maids must have taken it because I know I left it there. They have not been helpful at... read more

NEVER coming back Got checked into a room that hadn't been cleaned. Second room had no stove plates( no way to cook our food). Third room was okay but we woke up with bed bug bites.

Cats We only stayed at this hotel because they take cats. Most hotels do not take cats. If you are traveling with cats then stay here. If you do not have cats, stay somewhere else.
