nightmare!!!!!! Filthy! If I could rate it a negative number that wouldn't be bad enough. The room had a pungent smell of vomit. There was obvious stains on the comforter. We didn't feel safe at all and didn't risk sleeping there. No one is at the desk passed nine pm so good luck trying to get a room switched. It was by far the worst hotel experience. Wasted 180$$

Bad beds very uncomfortable ,worn out. Comforter had burnt hole in it, and what looked to be blood stains on it.

Older hotel, clean, gave someone else our room key Last minute booking. All other hotels in town were full. Arrived late, the hostess gave us a room that was occupied. Super awkward at 11:30pm. Got a different room. Was awakened around 1 am by pounding on the door and it being unlocked and opened from the outside with enough force to hit the end of the safety chain. Didn't feel safe there.

Won't stay there sgain The bed was great, the rest was not. Four trips to office for kitchen kit I had to carry to room. Elevator needed servicing, door kept opening on the floor I just left. Continental Breakfast good coffee, instant oatmeal in paper cups, very little fruit, served before most people got up. No "Guide" on TV remote-surfed & surfed for shows.Dead rat in bushes along with evidence of IV drug use and frequent pot smoke in face when walking outside. Cook top didn't work. DONT STAY HERE No shower curtain, beds were NOT queen, they were full/double size. FALSE ADVERTISING. I paid for two Queens and got two fulls. Room was dirty, carpet was stained, hair in bed sheets, blood stain on comforter, large stains all over carpet, microwave didn't work until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. OVERALL, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE

I was renting the hotel with out notice, big surprises when we walking the first day, the room was duty Carpet with big spots and the room was smell so bad a cigarette no cleaning, they not provider cleaning services daily. out side on the walking way smell a beer spell on the floor, enough parking lot for the peoples renting the rooms, I need to parking on the street. over all I was disapointe, I will never stay again on this hotel in Santa Rosa.

Terrible. The Staff is extremely rude. I understand that this is a simple hotel and it is outdated and that's ok, but this is not an excuse for the lack of service and the attitude from the staff. I had to call to ask for a hair dryer after I took a shower and noticed we didn't have one in the room and she told me to go downstairs to pick it up?
