Terrible Very unhappy with this booking, I did not like that we had to be relocated after a long trip to a different hotel that was even worse. Will never again book a trip through this hotel.

Hotel feo , nada q ver con el de la foto de la pag No si quiera me dejaron entrar. Hice la reservacion con una semana de anticipacion y cuando llegue con mi familia no tenia ningun cuarto porque se lo vendieron a alguien mas. Fue la peor experiencia q he tenido. En fotos se be bien pero cuando lo vez en persona es total mente diferente

Too many flies, toilet backed up Terrible-waste of money-too many flies.. Awful continental breakfast-no help available when toilet backed up

horrible I think they are dealing drugs out of this hotel. Room not clean, one of my rooms had no bedding, no pillows, dirty towels, furniture pulled out from the walls. Had 20 flies in the room. Dirty carpet, drug baggie on the floor, broken glass in the bathroom floor.

Overbooked We booked this hotel 2 weeks before our trip. At 3pm the day we were to stay, they sent us an email saying they were overbooked and our reservation was cancelled. However, we were in a place where we didn't have service all day and didn't get the email. We showed up at the hotel and were turned away after a long day of traveling. Lady at desk was helpful and apologetic, but what a horrible practice to overbook. Don't bother with this hotel. I booked a smoking room, but none were left because most of the rooms in this hotel have been rented to Section 8 recipients. Service is nonexistent, the staff are incompetent at best, dirt and trash everywhere with no trash pickup the entire weekend. Very disappointing after our good stay here last November. The new management is running this place into the ground.

do not ever stay at this place!!!!!!!! basically a dump! zero customer service unclean rooms with hardly any towels but you were welcome to come down to the office and get some as there was apparently only one employee on this property!! Screw that , not when I'm paying $180/night!!! we were there 3 days and none of the trash can had been dumped , overflowing with dirty baby diaper and everything else!! and I'm pretty sure one guy is using it to pimp out girls!!! stay down the street at the Best Western, wish we had!!!

Board of Health Nightmare! I was shocked! The property is filthy with old cigarette butts, trash, and cobwebs. Overflowing, fly infested garbage cans are positioned everywhere! The floors in the rooms are matted with blood and spillage, and stained with animal waste. The linens are dingy and gray. The curtains and upholstery had crusty white stains.There was obvious prostitution and drug use activity occuring within the property. No room - overbooked! We booked a room at this hotel and our credit card was charged and we had a confirmation number. However, that morning I got a message from Expedia that the hotel was overbooked and no room was available. Expedia then booked us into a sub-standard Travelodge with cockroaches on the walls.
