Hotel off the freeway Room wasn't available when we checked in. We got a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn't working with no sign that it was out of service. No pillow cases on the pillows, no towels in the bathroom. No remote to the tv, no deadbolt lock to the door. The hotel has so much potential but needs better staffing and upkeep for the hotel. We did like the full sized refrigerator and the microwave in the room.

Horrible and Greedy The Hotel accepted my reservation and prepayment 3 weeks in advance of arrival. As demand for rooms went up for the weekend I was dumped in order to obtain higher room rates they are horrible and greedy I will never use and do not recommend Extended Stay America !!

Fly parade inside, coupled with a filthy exterior. Terrible experience, filthy sidewalks everywhere, hotel lobby filthy, elevator filthy-it sorely needed a deep cleaning. The interior of both rooms seemed clean,but, flies were abundant in both rooms we rented. Toilet was clogged, no response after hours for service. Continental breakfast was lacking substance.

horrible they over sold the room I reserved and when they finally found a room for me the bed didn't have any linens, no towels, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. When I called the front desk they said they would send someone up to take care of it. they never did so we left. they did give me a full refund

Needs help They had no house keeping. I think they quit. Staff was unhappy with their jobs.

Bad location I was very unhappy. I had to unclog the toilet. The refrigerator was broke. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I should of book with motel 6 I have had better experiences with them.

Do not stay here. Not safe for families with children. Many of these rooms are being rented long term by people who are unable to afford renting in the area (low wage workers and homeless folks with dogs). Felt dangerous and dirty. There was a problem with my reservation (it had been cancelled without me being informed - and yet my credit card was charged!) and it took approximately 45 minutes to resolve with hotels.com/Expedia.com once we arrived and discovers this upon checking in at 9pm.
