Very Bad Cuztomer Service I booked a room and when I got there I was told there were no rooms available. Then I was given a claims number to call and was given the runaround by a clown who had no idea how to fix the problem The desk clerk was rude and could care less that I was being inconvenienced. Will never deal with the Chain again.

Do not stay here The room I booked was not available, was given a smoking room and a queen size bed, I was told it was the only room left. The bed only had a fitted sheet and when I asked for a blanket I was told there were not any that were clean, I was given 2 sheets. There was only one towel in the bathroom, again I was told nothing was clean. The hotel seems poorly managed with ineffective staffing

Keep going Not clean, terrible service, no amenities, terrible location.

Not what we expected When we arrived, they were overbooked and offered to send us somewhere else. It was late, we were tired and had a trailer to park so we said no. They gave us a room with 2 double beds instead of a queen. There were no towels, coffee maker, hair dryer. They brought what we needed after calling. The front desk was helpful. The room was very drab.

No heater/fan working. Thin sheets. Requested a king room. Received a queen bed for both my husband and I.

Nasty rip,off no WiFi for 2 days Worse place ever .People banging on doors strange people loitering around parking lot room was clean but reeked of pot
