Our room had roches, the iron didn’t not work in the room

It wasn't particularly clean and it wasn't very well lit. Cigarette smoke blew in from the HVAC system from people outside the room.

Arrived at +/- 2 pm and was told to come back after 3 pm check in time. REALLY???

Hotel needs a lot of remodeling. The room had a very unpleasant smell. There was a lot of dust around the floor. The bath towels were off white, didn’t look very clean. The lock on the door was very loose. There were others issues but the hotel should consider remodeling the place.

Breakfast selection ran out early, not restocked. Property old but clean enough.
