Meh. Could have been cleaner. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Missing wash cloths in the bathroom. Hair left in the shower. We weren't expecting the Ritz, but I feel like there is a basic standard of cleanliness. There were literally no other rooms available as it was a holiday weekend. We were stuck.

Staff member The employee, Biaoncia, had music so LOUD! We came from out of town to go to graduation. I was woken by her LOUD music at 5:00 AM. I found it was coming from the lobby. I ask her to turn it down, by 6:00 AM when team leader came in the music was still loud but was turned down very little. I was told employee was spoken to about her loud music, I was stunned to find the noise was coming from the lobby, No apology from employee, only "excuse me" 3 times. Not exceptable!!!

Decepcionada. Le verdad quede desepcionada, pues siempre me habia gustado quedarme aqui, pero ahora la habitacion q nos dieron estaba hirrible, no tenia toallas, las camas estan tan viejas q se sentian los resortes, la carpeta tan sucia q olia mal todo el cuarto, todo estaba muy limpio pero la carpeta lo arruinaba, y para terminar enfrente de la puerta estan los botes de basura llenos de moscas q se metian a la habitacion tan pronto abriera la puerta, afortunadamente nos cambiaron a otra, pero los guest del cuarro de arriba ... read more
