Was expecting better Desk clerk seemed preoccupied as she answered a personal call while assisting me. I had issues connecting to the wifi and she wasn't there to assist. Room quality was below expectations. Would not recommend if other options are available.

The hotel itself is beautiful the staff is unreal I mean one of the main reasons I stayed there was for the kitchen at my only thing I didn't like was they have no utensils no pots and pans to use the kitchen it was nice they had a full size fridge

Room was clean. Bed comfy. Carpet clean. Shower was great! Nice and quiet. Easy on and off of freeway.

fine for a budget place to stay Overall, the stay was fine. I think the area was actually a little noisy since it was located close to the 101 freeway. Also, some of the other people staying at this hotel were kind of unsavory types so that was a bit concerning. The front desk wasn't particularly motivated or friendly. I also needed to request towels and dishes and there wasn't any shampoo or conditioner provided. Boyfriend's Surprise Stay The experience with Nicole was awesome. She was kind, sweet and had wonderful manners. It was because of her that our stay was great. We ask for an extra hour and she was kind to give it to us. I called right before check out and Nicole was good to say thanks for letting her know again. Hotel staff was prompt and very friendly. I should have known what I was in for when I saw the cops doing a lap through the parking lot. The trash in my kitchen hadn't been taken out and it stunk! There was what appeared to be a lady living out of her car in the parking lot and some super shady characters walking around. I later learned this isn't the greatest part of town and the ES America on the north side is nicer! Good to know for next time.
