Room OK, but outside (stairs, parking lot) dirty - lots of cigarette butts, trash

Dog friendly. Good value! We got a good deal for this room! Paid only $5 more than the cheapest place available. and WOW, it was worth it!

Work extended stay in California I couldn't get a normal bath towel for 3 days and had to use the face towels to dry off because they were always out of them. No room service for my entire trip. The Toilet wasn't clean when I arrived and had to wait for the following day for them to clean it. When they came to clean the toilet that's all they did And no other service was done. The neighborhood was bad police were at the hotel almost every night for people fighting and had a lot of people who lived there for months at a time.... read more

Clean and organized. The hotel was well located for my needs. My room was ready, clean, everything worked. The hotel was very full yet I w was able to park close to my hotel room. The air-conditioning kept me cool and I spent a quiet restful night. This is NOT a resort hotel; I received the product expected.

Had everything I needed. The room was fine. The property exterior wasn't the cleanest. The staff is super nice and helpful. Remember to ask for all the dishes you need (and coffee maker) when you book or when you check in, or you will be without anything to pour your coffee into in a the morning.

Just okay... Exce Location. Room was clean and comfortable. There were no Kitchen supples (plates, utensils or cups) as advertised. When I got back the second day the room had not been cleaned but I was too tired to care and I had not left it messy anyway. Their breakfast To Go is spartan to say the least but it was better than nothing at all. They did have delicious coffee. The elevator was pretty dirty. They really should clean up around the grounds of the buildings. Definitely won't be my first choice to stay again but no... read more

Relaxing spot The staff was incredibly helpful with my reservation. They were over booked and hotels.com emailed me to say they needed to rebook me the day I was headed to check in since I was working a local event I called the hotel directly and they were able to keep my reservation and even allowed me to extend a extra night. Thanks to Ana!!
