Business trip in Miami Ebony The attendant at the front desk was very rude the screens out of the windows and the windows were open the TV remote did not work the refrigerator had no ice trays and she had told me if I had not gotten there exactly at 11:00 PM. Hotel staff was way from post too long no one clean room and ac was very noisy No cups No shampoo No pen to write

Unhappy There were never enough towels. We would have to wait several hours for clean towels. We also had to pay a fee each day to have house keeping clean our room. The continental breakfast was cereal bars and muffins. Loved the area but not the hotel.

Not enough employees to staff the hotel This was the first hotel that I've been in that required me to go downstairs to the front desk in order to get more towels The alarm in the room next to me started buzzing both days at 09:05 am. There was only one person at the front desk. During check out we waited for our final bill and the person at the front desk never told us that everything was clear and we were free to leave. The towels were very old.

No cold water? Hair everywhere? Front Desk staff was great, but... No cold water for bathroom sink, no iron, no telephone in room. Hair (definitely NOT mine) everywhere (even on towels). They really, really need to have the cleaning and maintenance crew given updated procedures...

not the best place to stay we stayed here to try a hotel not in downtown and o regret that decision. There was barely someone at the front desk. We had to go out and buy our own toilet paper because the front desk clerk was no where to be found. This needs to be fixed at this hotel

BAD SERVICE The front desk did not manage our room as per booking. Room for 2 person become for 1 person, and the end the other 1 pax did not have room. All of this make messy for us. 1 of our room has been block on the 2nd last night.

Smelly hotel The lobby of the hotel had a very bad smell, lots of kids running around and making loud noises, walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors talk, my vehicle was vandalized, some of the equipment in the room needs to be replaced or updated.

Small beds, horrible breakfast The breakfast was bad. Muffins and apples. The beds were extremely small. A small queen bed to sleep 2 adults. When asked to upgrade they said because we booked on Expedia we were stuck. Overall, I wouldn't go back.
