Worst stay ever!! The room was filthy, especially the bathroom. The sink and counter looked to not have been cleaned in well over a week. The bath/shower was so dirty that between tiles it was brown when it should have been white. When we came in the first night there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the sofabed, which was noted in the reservation. There were also only enough towels for 2 people for one night. BEWARE! We ended up demanding our money back, was placed in 2 different rooms and were extremely dirty and did not stay more than 5 minutes. First room had hair all over the bathtub, toilet, floor and the bed was full of it. Floors not vacumed and had food all over the counters and the couch. Was given a different room and it was worse. Same price across the freeway for a 5 star!

最悪の部屋 2階の部屋だったがエレベーター無し。大きなスーツケースを運ぶのが大変でした。タオル類は使い込まれ過ぎて薄くなり、白が薄汚れた色になっている。ベッドのシーツはヨレヨレ。キッチンスペースの床はベタベタ。トイレの水漏れまでありました。前泊者の洗剤か?部屋に独特の臭いあり。全てにおいて清潔感無し。フロントにスタッフが居ないことが多い。この地域に泊まる必要があり、1泊のみで遅いチェックインだったため我慢したが、今まで泊まったホテルの中で最悪でした。

Not worth it! I was not impressed. For almost $200 a night, there is no room cleaning involved, You have to carry dirty towels to exchange for new ones. The parking is always full from T mobile employees. The air conditioner is extremely loud. The blinds don’t shut all the way, so light always was shining through. Not worth it!

I booked this hotel for my friends from oversea. When we checked in at the front desk, compares to the one in Bellevue Downtown, the front dest was not friendly, dressed quite sloppy, poke faced, remind me the old cheap 1/2 star motels in north seattle. After my friends checked into the room, I asked the guy if I can use the restroom next to the front desk, I got the answer that the restroom was for the employees. great location. The room was run down and need of a serious remodel. Especially the bathroom. It was not stocked with dishes,silver ware or even glasses. Needed more pillows and towels. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was granola bars, muffins,and oatmeal. Disappointing breakfast. They only had coffee and Hot water. Didn't have any tea.
