No hot water It was a good night but then tried to take a shower and there was no hot water i called to complain but no one answerd the phone would not stay here again i couldnt even take a shower to go to work ended up taking a shower at my friends house i should ger reinburst for this night

To noisy you can hear next room .cold water coming up while shower

Disappointing The kitchen garbage can had not been dumped before our arrival and it was filled to the top with garbage. There was also a lot of garbage in the parking lot. Breakfast was only a granola bar or mini muffin and coffee. There were no washcloths provided and pillows were hard. The morning desk lady would not provide me a receipt and said that I could get that from Expedia which doesn't seem to be the case.The best thing was that the room temperature was nice and the bed was comfortable which was helpful despite th... read more

We stayed here the night before my boyfriend's Spartan race. This felt like a halfway house. I guess it's my fault for not really considering the fact it's an Extended Stay. It was seriously gross. We arrived and the front desk clerk was no where to found. WE had to call him and wait 15 min for him to show up. And he was a complete weirdo- just inexplicably odd/off. Ended up cancelling the room Didn't feel like staying there as soon as stepped in the room. So ended up going to another hotel. One thing that hurt me is that we didn't like the room for many reasons. I told them that we will stay tonight and leave tomorrow. It was late at night past 10 with 2 kids; boy 7 and girl 2 in a month. But the manager said if you leave now, we will give full refund but if you leave tomorrow we will have to pay for all 5 days. Never Again I went check in after booking a reservation and the office door was locked. I waited 30min for the night shift worker to show up, but to no avail. I call the help desk and they were no help either. Long story short, I had to find another hotel to stay in.

Housekeeping Our room was cleaned before we got it but they didn’t take out the trash from the people before which was under the kitchen sink. The room smelt horrible from trash sitting in their. It smelt like the dump so who knows how long that garbage had actually been sitting there! I let the staff know and they just said okay thanks for letting us know. Never got the garbage out of the room or even come to the room. The employees are not friendly or courteous. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fake kitchen This room came with a kitchenette, but upon further inspection there was not a single cup, dish, bowl or cooking supplies for the two burner stovetop. Zero silver wear. There was no breakfast of any kind served and they didn’t clean the room once during my stay.
