Overall, good value Room was clean and well kept. We had to request dishes/cups from front desk as they no longer keep them in the room. The location was fine, once we found it as it was tucked back behind some large business..

Toilet didn’t work at all in first room. Second room’s toilet was not functioning properly.

Good Check-in process took like 30 mins if not more. I don't know if the person helping me out wasn't familiar with the computer, but he took a very long time to find my reservation. Im not sure if that was a problem with the app or the hotel itself. For someone reason we were not able to get a key for ourselves. The man at the front desk had to open the door for us. Location was good but there were people running up and down the halls pounding on doors multiple nights.
