Room was over looked it seemed. The room seemed like it hadn’t been clean entirely. Used towel on back of door and only one wash clothe provided. Lady at check in was nice, but took longer then usual bc of the audit system. Beds were comfy and pretty quiet.

I had one of my best customer service experiences at the Bellevue-Factoria of my life. I arrived late from the airport at 2 am to find that my reservation was off by a day because I accidentally booked it for the following night. The staff member, Katherine, informed me that they were all booked out for the night. After calling around to other hotels Katherine offered to make up a room that she said was very messy and that she was willing to do it, in the middle of the night, and that it would take her 45 minutes. I never told when I checked in, that there was no daily cleaning. Had to read it.

Proximity to our venue was great. Squeaky refrigerator door. Limited kitchen utensils.
