multi times our room key card did not work! Very annoying when you have to go back the lobby for help getting in.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Less than zero stars. This hotel will give your room away to someone else even though you have a confirmed reservation and prepaid for the room. The employee at the front desk was extremely rude, unhelpful, walked away from the front desk and hid somewhere, and refused to help us. She told us the hotel over books all the time to make sure they are full. Don’t let this happen to you!!!

I know it's are allowed, we brought it I've dug, but there was dog hair EVERYWHERE. It had not been vacuumed. Dog hair all over the sheets. If it had been properly cleaned then someone left a dog in there for a while afterwards.

They said they have breakfast but they dont it was a protein bar and a mini muffin, elevator didnt work and alot of smoke smell

The floors in the room were sticky and gross. I did not feel comfortable walking without shoes on. The bed was very uncomfortable.
