Our room had a terrible smell. My daughter left her pillow in the room and we were not able to get it back.

All rooms have refrigerators in them,if I didn’t know the smell I’d say it was urine.They have evaporators to take away extra moisture which gave the room the smell off urine, very annoying.

Online, the property looked nice. In person, the hotel is trashy, interior and exterior. Give your marketing team, a hand for fluffing up your business. The employees were not nice, and I thought it was ridiculous that there was no continental breakfast breakfast. Grab a muffin and leave is the message that I received.

The non smoking room smelled of stale smoke and dirty dog. There was debris on the counters, human hair on the bedspread and under the covers. In the shower pubic hair was present. It was smelly and felt dirty.
