First night was ok other than the smell of smoke and something else funky (mildew?). The next morning, I went out front to smoke and was smoking where I had seen everybody else smoke. The assistant manager, Ebtisam Shkukani, came outside and got very close to my face and was screaming at me about smoking. I tried to explain to her that I was smoking in the same spot that everyone else was, and where would she like me to smoke? Not worth to stay TV don’t have CC and internet barley work had pay extra 6$ for internet when it said it have wifi for our staying but not true barely have wifi at all!! Ada law they suppose provide full service for us when they don’t also kitchen have nothing to use had bring all my stuffs to use! When they said it’s kitchen but with what, nothing even not a coffee made!

Service dogs were apparently not accepted. I have seizers and I have 2 service dogs, I was still told I had to pay a 30$ fee for each dog. That is not refundable.

The picture of property was misleading on line. This hotel housed the poor and unfortunate and the criminal element all through out the hotel. I felt very unsafe there. The breakfast served was coffee and a health bar. Had a tenant above me that stayed up all night moving his belongings around his small room for what reason i do not know. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and its suppose to be non smoking room. Floors are not being swept properly, trash cans by elevators were full for 2 days and smelled very badly. Elevator trap where door opens is filthy. Bathroom smelt like piss, good thing I brought cleaning sprays, clorox wipes and frebreeze. Hallway never got vacuumed throught my 6 night stay until the day before we checked out.

We chose this stay (and paid more) over another due to the fact it provides breakfast; however, the breakfast we were provided barely meets the definition of continental - it was coffee and granola bars. We arrived at 1am after a VERY long day, ready to climb into bed and were met with system errors. Outside of the hotel doesn’t compare to the inside ! Pretty dirty ! Bed was stained and there was no pillows! Pretty dirty need to do a deep clean for sure ! The smell in another thing !!!!!
