Don’t go here.. We were very mislead by the information online. No actual breakfast included-more like a grab and go (which was also the very bare minimum), woke up to police officers in the hall and lobby dealing with strung out tenants, pubes all over the shower, one single pillow for two guests in a queen bed, had to wait 10 min anytime you wanted to speak to someone at the front desk, someone with lead feet above us that walked around doing god knows what into the late hours of the night, etc. It was a miserable night an... read more

If I could give no stars I would. I have stayed here many times. I will never ever stay her again. The hotel has increasingly become worse and worse. The staff is rude, mean and allowed other guest to make racial remarks about other guests. The staff blames their behavior on the issue of homelessness. Which has nothing to do with how they treat their paying guests. Terrible service. Terrible attitude.

The bed had a nasty body order. It was gross, we will never go back. The room was extremely nasty.

When we showed up the property had the doors locked and you had to wait for somebody to let you in which should have been our first indication that this was not some place to stay. We got our room even though the whole place smelled really bad and looked like it was in not great shape. I just wanted abed for the night so we went to our room. Do not stay here. Homeless camp nearby The was the worst experience ever and I am disappointed it’s a listing on this website. There was garbage on the floors of the hallway, the rooms had not been cleaned and smelled awful. It’s right down the street from a homeless camp. I did not get a refund on my room and was charged again after being told I’d be refunded. Now I am trying to figure that mess out as well. This listing need to be removed from this third party site.

Unsafe, disgusting room was being used by someone else even though it was assigned to us. We returned the keys to the front desk and left to look for another hotel.
