Bad experience It was a bad experience. The hotel staff tried their best to help but were probably stressed out because of bad management. Rooms were run-down, breakfast was coffee pots and muffins in the hall-way. No creamer either. Overall bad experience.

Disappointing first time stay. Kitchenette, but no dishes, pots, utensils. Breakfast was very lacking. Staff was pleasant. Bathroom amenities were sparse. Small sized TV.

You'll want to shower when you leave here Very dirty hotel. There was dog hair in the main hall outside our room the entire 5 days we were there, so nobody vacuumed all week. The carpet in our room smelled like dog as well. Just because it's a pet friendly hotel doesn't mean it has to smell like it. No toiletries in room, everything has to be requested. Horrible place, was my only option due to business in the city. Staff with attitude and little knowlegde. Outlets did not work, room smelled horrible and place was out of kitchen utensils. Stay far away from bere

Never coming back to this place Poor experience. Front desk employee don't know what they are doing or talking about. not friendly or costumer service happy. We had a problem with our booking when we arrived the front desk employee called her manager to figure out what to do I asked to speak to the manager over the phone the manager refused and we were told she will be there in the morning and sure enough no one cared to follow up with the issue. Look elsewhere unless you are on a tight budget. the hotel location was convenient. Quiet. Bed was reasonably comfortable but the room was shop worn. Appointments minimal and dated. Had to ask for utensils and dishes (really?). Desk service was so so. There was a trainee working which I understand but it seemed she was leaning as she went rather than getting training in advance.

One star Nothing supplied in Kitchen unless phone ahead. No ice machine in building. Breakfast is minimal. No juice or milk. Soap chip in bathroom, not bar. No shampoo. If you don't ask, it isn't provided. Inexpensive, and obvious that they do everything to minimize expenses.
