Had a plumbing problem at our home and needed to stay somewhere for the night. Quick/easy booking through Expedia. Front desk staff was nice enough and was ready with my reservation even though I booked it less than an hour before. Continental breakfast is free but not really sufficient (small side table at the front door with coffee, granola bars, some muffins). They don't clean the room daily only once a week Disappointed in the service. They would not clean the room daily only once a week. Being there 3 days you will never get your room cleaned

Dirty hotel lacking facilities and staff support The hotel was sadly lacking in facilities, no ice machines, dirty fusty smelling rooms, needed a re-vamp. Bedding was stained with what looked like coffee on the pillows and sheets. Continental breakfast consisted of 10 pre-packed muffins and a handful of granola bars for the entire hotel and nothing else, No fruit, cereal or milk. Had to go out for Breakfast. It all fit on a 4ft wide side table. Unenthusiastic staff were not prepared to do much nor did anything to help

Not a great experience The staff member that greeted us could not find the reservation and was neither friendly or helpful. The blood stains on the comforter were completely unacceptable -they just brought us new ones like it was no big deal. When I asked for a frying pan at the front desk because the kitchen in the room is completely empty, the desk clerk rolled her eyes, said I guess so and sighed as she walked away to find one. Smells horrible do not stay here Smells so bad sheets it was gross and that is an understatement. It still has Popcorn asbestos ceilings can't believe I didn't switch hotels

Disappointed We did choose this hotel because it was the only thing available due to Seattle having many events this past weekend. I understand it is an Extended Stay hotel but our room was not made up & no fresh towels. We booked a king room, when we arrived they didn't have one for us, so they gave us a Queen room and only took $5.00 off per night. It was a lot of money for 2 nights with no service to our room, no breakfast and the staff not very helpful. We stay a lot of hotels and have never written a disappointing revie... read more
