I am disabled senior citizen and I reserved an ADA room. Regardless of this fact, at check in the front desk clerk gave me a room on the second floor even though the hotels elevator was out of order so I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs. Also at check in the front desk clerk was very loud when repeating my personal information so much so that a customer waiting behind me commented to me about it. Not clean I usually stayed here a lot. Loved the convenience of shopping. However this last stay my room was not cleaned. Very dissatisfied and I probably will not stay there again for at least a year.

It was in a decent location, close to the freeway. The beds were hard, the pillows were flat and the bathroom was gross. The bathtub was covered in small black hairs and soap scum.

1 night stay If I could give this stay 1 star - I would. There are signs posted everywhere on the hotel entrance for guests to be wearing masks, but I guess the employees are exempt from the pandemic, AND the statewide requirement by gov. Inslee. When we checked in the employee came out not wearing a mask, and haphazardly put one on, halfway thru getting our details. No gloves while handling our credit cards or ID cards. Never again This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. When I drove into the parking lot, there were about a dozen sketchy-looking people loitering out in the parking lot. A paper sign on the door stated that there were no more rooms, and when I went to the front desk to check in, I was greeted with an assumption that I didn't have a reservation.
